For health reasons and by Federal Law, panties attached to lingerie should NOT be tried on unless you intend to keep the garment.
By law, intimate garments that contain a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on without a protective barrier.

BACK ORDERS:
While we try to maintain a high inventory level on the most popular items, there are times when a particular style, color, or size is not in stock. If this is the case, we will e-mail you that the item is on back order and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order.
PAYMENT AND SALES TAX:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover & Paypal online. You may also place your order by printing our order form and mailing it to us with a check or money order enclosed. Please be aware that orders placed with personal checks or money orders require an additional two weeks to process. We ship when the check or money order has cleared. For your security, please do not send cash.

We've made shopping for intimates easy by offering you several shipping choices from UPS and Fed-Ex. To protect your privacy all orders are shipped with our company name "D.D. Associates" on the package. Please note that PO Box orders (might be delayed for verification) and will be shipped via USPS mail at UPS Ground rate. Canada orders are shipped via USPS International Mail.

We ship to all countries outside of the U.S. & Canada. All orders will ship out within the same time frame as domestic orders and take a minimum of 7-14 business days . We ship all international packages in the same secure and discreet manner that we send domestic packages.
Due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to guarantee transit times for locations outside of the U.S. Once it has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping.
