DIVINE' DIVAZS'  Membership is  automatically annually renewable  unless canceled by member,  by notifying DIVINE DIVAZS' by mail, email or telephone.

DIVINE DIVAZS' reserves the right to cancel an individual membership with any advance notices.

Membership will start immediately upon customer's  first purchase.

Membership is nontransferable and subject to present and future program rules.

Enrollment becomes effective and acceptance of these terms and conditions begins when a new member enrolls in the DIVINE DIVAZS" CUSTOMER LOYALTY REWARDS'  PROGRAM.

DIVINE DIVAZS' has the sole right to change/alter the DIVINE DIVAZS CUSTOMER LOYALTY REWARDS' PROGRAM® rules, regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, or point levels for rewards, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated.

DIVINE DIVAZS' may change or terminate program partners, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward, increase the points required for any reward, modify or regulate the transferability of rewards or benefits, institute or add reward blackout dates or limit the number of rewards for use by any one individual on any one purchase.

Only ONE membership per person.

DIVINE DIVAZS' CUSTOMER LOYALTY REWARDS' PROGRAM  can NOT  be combined with family members, friends, associates, etc.

Divine Divazs' certificates have no cash value and are not transferable and have an expiration date.

Divine Divazs' Rewards  Members can used to 3 Divine Divazs' Rewards Certificates per order.

Certificates will be sent by email to Divine Divazs' Customer Loyalty Rewards Members within 5-7 business days after earned.

 

Divine Divazs'  Customer Loyalty Reward's Members can win door prizes, once per year.

ALL Divine Divazs' Customer Loyalty Reward's Members are responsible for all state and federal taxes on door prizes.
